 It's not hard to be happy 

 Experts say that you have only 2% control over the situation around you, but you have 2% control over how happy you are. Being happy is an art. Experts who teach this art have some proven tips on scientific research.  Explain, not necessarily all of your work, but try, one or the other tip will work, insha'Allah

Happy mood


 1. Once a day, count and write down your available blessings


 2. Get six to eight hours of sleep a night and rest for twenty to thirty minutes in the afternoon


 3.  Be sure to sleep from 11pm to 3pm because the importance of sleep at that time is proven in the light of Islam and modern science.


 4. Sit and eat with everyone in the house at least three times a week


 5. Make a garden at home Spend some time of the day with plants


 6. Do at least five to seven minutes of light exercise every day


 7. Be sure to help someone in need during the day.


 8. Perform ablution when you feel a little sad


 9. Apply the fragrance of your choice


 10. Drink more water. Drink at least three liters and two glasses when you are sad


 11. Make "No Complaint Day", no complaints from anyone today, then extend the day, first "No Complaint Week", then "No Complaint Month".  You will soon become accustomed to complaining.


 12. Run an innovation campaign in the home office, try to change the environment every day, keep changing the layout of the equipment in the house


 13. Call family, friends, relatives, encourage them in their pain and openly congratulate them on their joys


 14. Invite once or twice a month, sometimes to relatives, sometimes to friends, sometimes to your children's friends.


 15. * What will people say ..! * Stop thinking.  People never forgive anyone.


 16. Remember the happiest day of your life and do it every day for the rest of your life, remember even the smallest happiness, these memories will keep you happy all day long.


 17. Give alms and the easiest alms is a smile, a light smile refreshes the heart like a piece of cloud in the hot sun, be happy and share happiness


 18.  Maintain your relationship with your Creator, Master and Sustainer at all times.


 19  Perform all five prayers on time.  And it is better that in congregation.


 20  Take care of your family, relatives, neighbors, the deceased, but be concerned about the whole Ummah.
